Who is the client?
The client is an established Tax Consultancy in the UAE. They had outdated content and were planning a website overhaul with content that reflected who they were.
The Challenge
The client had been burnt several times by agencies and were finicky about trusting agencies and consultants. They had a stringent deadline in place for the niche finance based content overhaul of nearly 36 odd webpages.
The Outcome
We began with industry research.
Upon understanding the client’s objectives, we first began templatizing each webpage into specific categories. In addition, we took up a thorough competitor assessment. In order to get specific tonality, we even looked up soft references of industry benchmark companies and consultancies.
Once a draft was created and client approved it to adjust the tone and fact-checking, we got a sense of what the client needed. The first drafts took sometime to get the tone right. Right after this, our team began batch working on all the webpages drafts one after the other. We also include onpage seo optimization at this stage along with the drafts.
Separate process for content handover with their development and design team was worked out and managed through googlesheet assignments and trackers.
Finally, the updated content was unveiled and the client even secured a high value lead in a short duration.
